Step 1: Create a widget

Step 2: Setup & copy the URL at bottom left corner

Step 3: Paste the URL into Notion and choose "create embed"

Note: if the 'embed' option doesn't show up, type /embed and click on the first option.

And voilà! You're good to go. :)
